Aside from the books I collect to read, there are some artists whose cover work I tend to grab when I can find it. Here are those artists:

Adam Hughes
The guy tends to do all the covers whenever they need one of the hot chicks to be drawn. He had a long run of covers in Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Tomb Raider and even did some nice Power Girl/JSA Classified stuff.

 -

Amanda Conner
Probably too cartoony for most people's tastes, but it was her art on the Power Girl series that got me back into reading comics again. She did the covers and the entire books for the Power Girl series until a few months ago. She also did a Terra mini-series and the JSA Classified chapter on Power Girl.

 -

Michael Turner
Rest his soul, as he died not too long ago of cancer. His Superman/Batman stuff where Supergirl returned was amazing. He had too many runs to mention and then went on to found Aspen Comics where his self created title, Fathom, became the company's main book.

I dont have pics, but I always thought Ernie Chan was the best. Conan the Barbarian was awesome when he drew It!

She also did a story in a series DC published called Wednesday comics on Supergirl. The original release was a bunch of newspaper like print sheets that were folded up and carried a chapter of a story. Once collected, you had all the chapters of each story.

Later on they published the title in graphic novel form (in one tall ass book). Here is a page (chapter from the single releases) where Supergirl visits Aquaman. In Supergirl's story, the Super Pets, Krypto and Streaky are out of control all of a sudden and causing havok.

nice! i definitely like her style. i appreciate the more simplistic blocky style. there's alot of appeal to it and although it wouldnt work for something dark like sandman.. altho that could be very interesting too [Laugh] .. it seems to work perfectly for this.
