I was a member of the site >>Island of Kaki<< for a month and I loved it! It looks like their models are Filipinas (like my wife). That site was a little expensive for a monthly membership, but the photos were right up my alley and they had LOADS of video clips.

Another site that appears to focus on Filipina feet is >>Island Girl<<. They have a good amount of free sample photos and clips.
