That does look like an old fm concepts video going by the look of it. Though not sure if they shot with male subs or not.

That's Sierra from Foot Paradise. I have a copy of this on video tape that I bought years ago but you can download it from Clips4Sale. The title of the clip/scene is "Mistress Sierra!".
