I remember reading about her playing a drug addict in an upcoming movie. That would explain the arms.

I was just watching Layer Cake (again) last night. Sienna Miller looked absolutely amazing in it. She's gone downhill ever since although the drunken toe-sucking incident the night of the Oscars last year is a highlight.
