Watched flight and was surprised that I left not liking the movie. Next one will be sinister. Then wreck it Ralph with my daughters.

Game of Thrones - 10/10
And have nearly finished the 2nd part of the 3rd book from the series it's based on ("A Song Of Ice And Fire") - an excellent read if anyone has been considering it (and that's coming from an infrequent reader.

Wreck It Ralph Not bad. My kids love watching movies but they didn't seem too impressed with this one. I thought it was ok. I heard some of the kids behind me asking their parents is it almost over or can they go home now.

The last one i saw in its entirety (sort of, had a really pretty distraction ) was the original star wars.

Love the original. I think that's the only Star Wars movie I've seen. Haven't really put in the effort to see the sequels.
Posted by KDCX859 (Member # 25431) on :
Yea, don't bother. The sequels felt more like a money grab and an exercise in CGI than anything else. Even the one i watched last was a borrowed copy of the remastered version, and the little add ons were tacky. Jabba didn't look like jabba...

I can't believe it took me so long to watch Curb. This has got to be the funniset show i've ever seen.

The only good part in this movie was the plane hijacking. The rest of it sucked.. Boo Chris Nolan

Finally finished watching season 2 of The Walking Dead. As far as movies go the plan is to see "Lincoln" ASAP.
Posted by Salvy_Mic (Member # 13384) on :
Saw Skyfall last week. I absolutely loved it.

I still have to check out walking dead.. I only seen a couple of episodes and loved it.

I heard that Skyfall was the best Bond yet. I wanted to get that 50th anniversary DVD edition but they want like $300 bucks for it. "Ouch!"

Flight was a decent movie because I understand that the message was about dealing with alcoholism, integrity, and even a lil bit about God. But I just didn't like the last 15-20 minutes...just not realistic to me. If you seen it, then you'll understand. If anyone says they wouldn't lie and get away scot free, they're lying through their teeth!

Thought this movie was going to be a little cheezy but it was actually pretty intense. Dope movie
Posted by nusuth (Member # 7372) on :
just saw Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. i knew it wasnt going to be that good, but it was still kind of fun. I have to say though that the last 30 secs confused me. i know what it supposedly means because i read the book (much better than the movie btw) but i didnt see the connection.

Disappointing film.. It had the potential to be a great movie but fell short

Our Idiot Brother
i was bored and it was OnDemand plus it costarred Zooey Deschanel and Elizabeth Banks. as to be expected though, no good foot scenes. anyway, decent movie and amusing.

^^I liked this movie in a weird way. As always I set my expectations low so it's harder to be dissapointed. ---------- Lion King (1994). First time seeing it. It's always raved on about growing up and I've been meaning to get around to watch it. It's taken me 19yrs to actually see it. It's now my favorite animated movie.

I don't own a tv, I really try to make it hard for myself to sit down and watch stuff. But for the past few months (almost nightly) I have been trying to either watch an episode of The Twilight Zone Original Series or Alfred Hitchcock Presents. i will say your brain turns into mush! I finally finished all 5 seasons of TZ, I knew a lot of the episodes already, but watching them all in a row was kinda magical! I kept track of the voices of some actors, and kept track of recurring actors! The person who plays Winnie the Pooh was even on the show! Its kinda magical and totally a piece of History! Also Rod Serling was a total babe! As for Alfred Hitchcock, he wasn't too much of a babe, but he was amazingly funny! I could sit in a room with him ALL day!

The last movie I watched was Django Unchained. It is such a great movie. I have always loved everything the Quintin has made, but he took it to another level with this one. I just can not put it into words how much i loved this movie.
The last tv show I watched was my favorite show of all time Breaking Bad.

I was surprised how funny this movie was. Very graphic humor

i had a lazy ass weekend and caught 4 movies:
Paranormal Activity 4: utter shit. i actually enjoyed the previous versions but this one dragged on and on. good concepts but it never came together and the story was nonexistent.
Perks Of Being A Wallflower: surprisingly good. emma watson was super cute in it and it was actually kind of touching.
Twilight something something part 2: my daughters wanted to watch this one and i took the opportunity to nap a little so i missed the middle 30 mins or so but again, utter shit.
Flight: best movie of the weekend. very tense and i found myself rooting against Denzel. great ending too.

I saw Movie 43 and hated it! Only one or two funny stories, the rest was just too stupid. And i am no prude but most situations were just plain ridiculous or disgusting.

Olympus has Fallen, wasn't too sure about it because it started super slow...but damn, it really hit hard and never stopped. It was nice to see that certain bad guy go down at the end, it's worth the $12.

Last movie I saw was Safe Haven which is a chick flick but my wife enjoys them and so do I for the most part especially since Julianne Hough was barefoot in parts... Last show I saw was the season finale of The Walking Dead.
