It's just ridiculous amounts advertising in horrible on it, National (I'd advise NOT clicking on the ads though, just in case).

Its just BAD web design for a bridal boutique in Panama City. Looks like a personal web site that high school kids would have made for themselves back in the 90s rather than what is supposed to be for a business. I forwarded the link to a friend of mine that is a professional web designer telling her she could learn a few new tricks from it. I think she crapped her pants when she viewed it.
Best thing is to click the link to the map to the shop. Drawn using something like windows paint. After seeing that it kind of makes me think it has got to be a joke site rather than for a real business. But who knows...

that sites been listed more than a couple of websites about worst websites ever. it's changed alot since the first time i saw it. i think it's gotten worse on purpose though.
i just checked the alexa ranking and it's definitely banking off its 'worst ever' appearance. it's getting a TON of hits.
