July 18th..... The Dark Knight. I will be there opening night at Imax in Atlantic City. The new Batman series is the way true comic book heroes should be portrayed.... No stupid humor like in Fantastic Four or Spiderman. Christian Bale is the man.

Im a huge batman fan and i think that The Dark Knight is going to a instant classic. Heath Ledger has the potential to be one of the best movie villains of all time. Im planning on being there at the first showing.

Im also interested in Cloverfield. The idea of shooting the movie handheld from the prospective of the kids at the party is genius.

I'll have to go with the Dark Knight! Hard to believe Batman Begins came out three years ago now

I guess the one I'm probably most ready to see will be "Prince Caspian." I read all the Narnia novels back in junior high a looooong time ago.

Naw, it'll be back on the 19th. Just a couple of days away. I'm too much of a cheapskate to spend a couple of dollars.

My two ex-roomates are filming an international documentary about globalisation for European cinema...they just filmed in Nigeria and were imprisoned for a few weeks...charged with "industrial espionage" and facing a 14 year period in prison. Luckily, the German government managed to get them out of Nigeria and fly them back home to Berlin.

Needless to say...I´m really looking forward to their movie.

That's a crazy story! Glad they're OK.

I've been so excited about the Dark Knight - downloading all the photos shot on set, following all the gossip. I can't believe Heath Ledger died. It looks like he'll be amazing in the movie. So sad. [Cry]

Yeah...it was all over German newspapers/tv. It´s already their second movie...their first one was a pretty big success over here.

Ironically, my third room mate also works in the film industry...he`s just directing his first long play movie for cinemas. Something about young people in the army.
