Ever lost anything near and dear to ya, like anything from a Rolex watch to a bracelet? I lost a remote to my Bose iPod speakers, and cannot seem to access it wherever it may be.

About 12 years ago I lost the detachable face for my car stereo while performing a martial arts demonstration at a middle school fall festival - that was expensive to replace. [Roll Eyes]

I recently lost the passenger side mudflap on my car. As it turns out, the flaps were actually riveted into the body so it was next to impossible to find one aftermarket. After the ridiculous $$$ the Volvo dealer quoted me for new ones, I took an axe saw and cut the driver side one off. I can do without them.

Once a good friend of mine's girlfriend bought him a PS2. He bought it over and I was enjoying it to the full Playing NFS Underground, Smackdown etc... About 3weeks of saves so I put alotta hours in those games and saved it to the memory card.. He got caught with another chick and she came over [Cry] ballin' her eyes out [Cry] and took the PS back and my saves along with it... I tried to get it back but failed many times... I ended up giving up, buying my own and start again from scratch....

Six years ago, I had a book of CD's in my car as i had my car repaired...my car was to be originally done the same day, so I didn't bother emptying out my stuff and it took the guys longer than they expected to fix it and it stood there overnight....next day someone had broken into my car (the doors are left unlocked) and when my car was returned, all my CDs were stolen.

I was going to say that I never lost anything that could not be replaced or done without (apart from a love or two, nod to You). Then again, I lost a nearly a hundred books while moving; don't know how that happened but I do find that I really miss some of those books now and then.
