After a discussion with Oprah on lynching and the vote, Diaz spoke of the dire consequences for women if they sit out this election:

I think she's taking about that legislation in congress to legalize rape.
Wait, there's no legislation like that. [Roll Eyes]

I know, maybe she's talking about the candidate who's proposing or may legalize rape.
Wait, neither of the two candidates is proposing to legalize rape. [Eek!]

Roe v Wade will never be overturned....NEVER...it would shatter our constitutional rights.....

The main issue is partial birth abortion and what is consisered life?..The baby is lierally KILLED up to full term...Keep in mind this is mostly done when the women is ill...

Miss Diaz not backing up anything with fact..She is being emotional..Thats ok

Abortion is here to stay..society dictates that.

Partial birth abortion is wrong (IMHO).

If a woman wants to have an abortion that's her right but she needs to do it in a timely fashion.

I have read many thing's on P.B.A's and I just don't understand how it would lower risk to the mother if indeed she was at risk. The baby has to practically be born any way. The only part still left in when the "abortion" is performed is the head. How could this lower any type of risk? Would not a c-section be even safer than a partial birth?

If there was truly no other way to ensure the health of the mother that's one thing but if she just changes her mind about being a mother no way.
