Just wondering what kind of animals people have. We have a Beagle & we treat him like a spoiled little kid! We even take him on vacations with us. Does anyone else take their pets anywhere with them, or am I just weird?

Stacey has 4 cat's and I have my 120 pound pit named Buster!

Buster is 6, my baby and sleeps with me! Even if that means Stacey has to move over.

Just kidding, she actually doesn't mind. He his her baby too! She got him for me when he was a puppy.

The only "pet" I have is a Sea Man. Y'all ever hear about that virtual pet for the Dreamcast? It's a fish with a human face, and you can sit and have conversations with it using a microphone. Eventually it grew frog-legs and hopped out of the tank. Tell me that shit ain't just a little bit trippy... [Big Grin]

I'm serious Bro, that was a very cool "pet"! I used to have to check it and feed it about twice a day, make sure the tank is the right temperature for him, etc, being as the Dreamcast has an internal clock, and the "pet" lived by it. He used to ask questions about me, my job, my parents, my friends, everything.

I recently heard that the Japanese Sea Man pets actually have a six month "life-span", while the US versions only have about six weeks. I guess the Japanese figured us Yanks would have shorter attention spans for these obnoxious little fish and we'd eventually let them starve to death or something. [Laugh]

I believe you bro!
Thats what was so funny!
The growing frog legs and hopping out of the tank trippy and all!

Let me explain.
In my younger days I was known to take a few psychodelic drugs. GelTabs were my favorite and this is what I was on when this happened. I was outside at TSD (Tennesse School for the Deaf) and they had this huge flood light on the side of the building I was at. Well tripping balls I stared at it. Well as anyone knows this will put a spot on your eye. When I finaly stopped staring at the light I decided to walk around the building to where the swings were. This spot on my eye from the light of course came with me. As I walked the spot started to walk it was green and soon grew legs and turned into the cutest little frog I have ever seen. this little frog was with me for about an hour (who knows actual time when triping) then he jumped away(the spot left my eye) I was so sad to see him go and your story reminded me of this. [Smile]

Sorry to ramble!

I can understand you, Sasha!
I put my cat to sleep 6 years ago and I always think about it today with a few tears in my eyes!
He was a siam-cat, white-black fur, blue eyes and and at least 22 years old!
