Religion isn't a subject just anybody feels comfortable with talking about, but I'm curious if we have any spiritualists on the forum. Without trying to get into a heated debate, where do you stand religiously, and how do you think your female foot admiration plays into it?

Myself, I was raised a Baptist. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior at the age of 7, and got baptised within the same year. Naturally, I wondered about it all and questioned the validity, especially in my teenage years, but no matter how much I researched it or even tried to figure a way out of it during my youthful rebellion, I always remained in my faith.

My female foot admiration is something I'm really comfortable with on a spiritual level. The reason being mainly because I'm single again. Christ talked about commiting adultery in your heart if you looked lustfully upon a woman, but to commit adultery, you have to be married. If Jesus had said fornication instead, it would be a different ball game. I can't say as I was able to stick completely to the rules when I was married, but I certainly did try hard enough.

As far as the self-gratifying goes when looking at pics of barefoot girls, I don't see anything wrong with this on a spiritual level either. I read a book from the Jehovah's Witnesses once (I read everything to try and form a well-rounded opinion) that was slamming the "evils of pornography". Here they were shooting to sway people from gazing at pics or what have you, but by their own admission, they wrote that the Bible never condemns masturbation. I don't know this for a fact myself, as I have yet to read the whole Bible, but considering that this is a religious group that supposedly uses the Bible to back anything they say, for them to admit this is pretty intriguing.

I don't go to church, and just me personally, I have a lot of contempt for organized religion. I think if a person who goes to church feels it makes them a better person, then I wish them the best. But I personally think a person could get a lot more out of their beliefs by researching it themselves rather than going on another person's opinion or interpretation.

Sorry if I got on a soap box for a minute. [Cool]

Where do you all stand?

I believe in God and that jesus died for every one's sin's,I don't go to church,I ought to,but for now I think it would be a waste of time, knowing that I'm always looking at some kind of porn, even though I'm not really a bad person,I still kinda think a persons thought's could be just as bad as actually doing the real thing.you mention the female foot added in,well I've even thought that it's even some thing extra lust wise, for our kind.

Well, I've never been a religious man, never been to church unless it's for a wedding or a funeral, but saying all that the last girlfriend was quite religious and used to go to church most sunday mornings, I'd never go because I always said I'd find it hard to believe in all that, but what I did say to her is that at the same time I wouldn't try to change her beliefs, because I would really like to believe someone was watching over us and guiding us all along our own merry little ways, but I've had things happen to me which just make it impossible for me to believe in all that unless it came up and slapped me in my face.
So I just believe in myself as I think that you are the only person who can change things for the better, just as long as you don't hurt or insult anyone along the way, that and being polite and just keeping a positive outlook on life because I know from experience hitting rock bottom it's hard to pull back up but theres always something better just waiting around the corner and that keeps me smiling all day long even when the shits hit the fan.

Linking all that to feet, it means I have no worries about what a higher being is thinking of me banging one out over pics of a nice pair of ladies feet, and just thinking well boy, if you want it you go get it, as long as no one gets hurt along the way it's fine [Smile]

I was also raised in baptist beliefs, and I still believe in them today. I go to church every Sunday, but I have been laging behind in studying on God and the Bible. I've done that b/c i've had 4 classes on Christian religon. They were great classes. My favorite was a class on the book of Revelation.

When it comes to feet, I sometimes feel like I'm spending too much time on it and it disurpt my school work & such. But it makes sense why I spend that much time look at them b/c I've never had an opportunity to ejoy a woman's foot. I fell that I'll get a chance one of these days, but that's another story.

Damn Lou,
Could you choose a more intricate topic? Hehe. I was raised Catholic and was even an altar boy. I did not like seeing the human aspect of the religion. I thought we were listening to God`s word, not some human telling me thier interpretations. God`s word says you will find him wherever you look. You do not need to go to a building to listen to a human to prove your devotion. You live it or you dont. You are either `On the bus` or `Off the bus` No show of words to the outside world can change what you really are. I question things relentlessly as a habit, and have checked out many other beliefs as well. I have learned quite a bit in the process. As humans, our natural tendencies are to gain understanding of their surroundings. Our minds do not settle for things that are un-explained. We know also that in a purely logical and natural state of existence there must be some basic rules for the system to function harmoniously. We have far to many choices as humans, and sometimes choices need to be steered in some direction to avoid problems. i.e.: Law, religion and philosophy. Take any of the many religions or beliefs, and you will find that after finding the true essence of the religion, you will find that ALL of them share the same common golden rule "Live and let live" same as "do unto others" etc..... Somewhere along the lines of each populations growth, those in power used the spritual aspects of people to create rules and order through religion. The whole 'Kosher' thing was pretty much only meant for the folks back in biblical times kind of like the FDA lets us know what is safe. People didnt know they got Trichonosis from undercooked pork. Kosher was a healthy eating guideline, but the only way to get the people to listen was to make them think that it is the word of God. This was easy to do when you were in power and wanted to keep it. Do you know why the cow is really sacred to the Muslim? Lets think about life then. The common folk were farming thier own food supply and supply was not good. The cows were the main animal for working the land. no matter how hungry you are, you will only make it worse by eating your tractor. Got it? Now it is sacred and no one even know why it happened, it is just the word of God. So far the religions with the most logic and sense seem to be the ones based in sascrit (vedic) like Krishna. These are philosophical beliefs that are very deep in understanding and quite intelligent. They allow things to be questioned as they have excellent and real life examples for all of what is asked. I am still personally looking for the answer of a true living higher power with a consciousness, many or none. In the mean time I will keep looking into all of the existing beliefs and their histories. I can choose from a belief that is 5,000 years old and has stood the test of time, or I can go with a more recent one, maybe one that says there is a finite number of souls that will fit in heaven. Wasn`t the number around 40,000? Any JW`s out there? Some make sense when you question them, and some dont. If and when I am to choose one, it will not be going on faith alone. This awful modern world has gotten to me and I now require some proveability! Hehe. Religion has a place whether you are in it or not. Without it, our consciences would not be enough to keep us from behaving even more like animals. Most people need to fear something. The fear of GOD keeps them in order. [Smile]

I believe we are all connected in one way or another.
What I believe applies to all RELIGIONS and RACES.
Rather then support people, most people are quick to judge without even saying hello.
One person I believe can make a difference In another persons life by just being there and supporting them. Unfortunately, some of us find it hard to step out of our BOXES and do the things we dont normally do.I believe this is the one thing are race will always suffer from.

On the spiritual level.
When you look around and see or hear and feel the things that we do. A baby being born, people laughing, crying our emotions good and bad. It's hard to believe we are all here by chance.. I will stop boring you all by closing with what I learned in my physics class.
One of the basic principles in physics is:CAUSE AND EFFECT..For every cause there is an equal or greater effect...If this is so then we really arent here by chance . Are we?

As far has my feet go.
I hold myself accountable for what I do.Right or wrong? I dont think what I'm doing hurts anyone.I hope it does'nt.
JUST DONT BECOME OBSESSIVE ABOUT ONE THING OR ANOTHER.ALWAYS KEEP YOUR PERSPECTIVE

Well stated Sasha! Everything in moderation. We are all connected on many levels, physically, genetically, molecularly, etc... There is a higher purpose. However, this profound truth is out of reach for us mortals without any of our own imagination filling in some of the blanks.
Sasha, this is a beautiful statement:"When you look around and see or hear and feel the things that we do. A baby being born, people laughing, crying our emotions good and bad. It's hard to believe we are all here by chance.. "
If even more of us were as tuned in to the splendor of our actual existence, we would have an even finer place to live. Dont ever think you will bore us! Not only are you well spoken and intelligent, but if anyone disagrees, they can just click to another thread. Censorship at its finest. [Smile]
