Howdy all

Big talk in the UK about the Robin Hood Tax which is comming under plenty of flak and fire as it is quite a radical suggestion.

One of the major factors about it is that it would require all banks to conform to it, thus replies heavily on the USA's involvement.

What do you guys think?
