I call Wu's Foot Links "the Center of the Foot Fetish Universe" I was wondering, could a veteren here enlighten me regarding:

How does the Update system on the Links site work (such as Vendors, Updated Sites, Original, etc)?

Do the webmasters of the sites listed resubmit a notice
to Wu each day that their site is updated? Or is it done
automatically somehow?

I notify Wu of any updates I make to my sites by using this page:

Submit your site at Wu's

I fill it out for each site whenever I update, for some that's once a week, other's 3 times a week and so on.

I wasn't sure and I didn't want to besiege Wu with daily (6 days a week) notices if that wasn't how it was done. I will fill it out for the updates from now on. Thanks!
