I know a few women that would certainly not mind doing paid sessions but the concern is always around safety and how to not let one bad apple ruin it for everyone else. what are some ways to screen people to make sure they woulnd't create an unsafe environemt for said willing participants?

Ask for references from other women that the possible client has visited. Other than that there's really no way to get close to full safety.

1. Use Instagram, Twitter, OKCupid and Craigslist to find strangers. Girls who don't know you and don't know your friends.
2. Ask for their social media sites to verify that they're real. Tell them you don't want to be "catfished". That seems to be the new term that people understand these days. Their social media sites will tell everything you need to know about them. If they're drama, thug, drug or ghetto then stay away.
3. Start slow, follow them on IG or other sites and compliment them occasionally on their shoes, nail polish, outfits. Don't act desperate. Offer a good amount of money. If you offer $50 for an hour you're going to get $50 girls. Go for higher end ladies who wear killer heels and carry Gucci bags, and who actually give a shit what they (and they're feet) look like.
4. As the fellow above stated, go with your gut!
5. Google their number. A lot of times their googled number will bring up a Facebook page or a LinkedIn account.
6. Meet in public for coffee first. See what kind of car they drive. Is anybody with them? How do they carry themselves? Dressed nice? Speak well? Talk to them and tell them EXACTLY and SPECIFICALLY what you want. They can handle it, they get requests from all types of guys ALL the time.
7. Another site to consider is "Model Mayhem", I've had great success with this one. Only a fraction of the girls have their IG link in their bio on this site but...hey, it's another tool.
8. Place multiple ads on Craigslist and be ready to weed out fakes, phonies, guys and game players.
9. Have a burner phone and use it, and ONLY it when dealing with paid gals.
