I was just reading one of those "Yahoo answers questions". Several years ago, a guy posted on there, discussing how he should go about asking his gf to smell her feet. Most people, mostly girls, who replied were saying things like "OMG you're gross, I'd leave you if you asked me to smell my feet". Not supportive answers at all.

For myself: If I was dating a girl for a while, I'd probably confess my foot interest to her first, ask her if I can give her a foot massage maybe during other making out. After that, I would probably move slowly into foot kissing. It would only be after I knew her really well, and knew she accepted my foot fetish, and other forms of foot contact, that I would likely be comfortable with the whole "Do you mind if I smell your feet?" question. It seems to me that most girls, if asked that right off the bat, before maybe having their feet played with in other ways by their bf who liked feet, would be turned off if asked about smelling their feet.

Personally, I thought the people in that survey/question overreacted. If that guy wanted to smell his gf's feet, and was already intimate with her, it was his right to ask her. Of course, he would have no way if knowing what her reaction would be, if he did ask.

In my view, if you want to ask the question in a public place like the internet where you're not dealing with people of a like mind, have fun. You can post something about the most awesome thing in the world and someone, somewhere will rip or troll you for it. I'm not surprised someone would get put on blast for asking about smelling someone's feet. Hell, I love doing it, but if it I asked that publically anywhere, I'm gonna get teased, insulted, questioned, etc. That's to be expected.

Exactly....except the whole foot smelling part.

The social intelligence of this guy is lacking. If he couldn't predict the outcome of his question on the Internet...how could he ever even think to read a woman? I'm wiling to bet that there is no woman.
