I can only deduce that either the therapist is petite based on the size of her hands compared to the size of the beautiful brunette's feet, or the brunette just has large size feet, such as 8 1/2 to 10.
The doctor was clearly in violation of foot advice for women, such as avoiding high heels. She was sexy too, kind of reminded me of a thin version of Beverly Johnson.
