step 1: notice a woman in public who's feet you desire. for most of us, this 1st step happens without us even trying. step 2: make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend or husband around who might knock our lights out if we were to approach her about her feet.
step 3: also make sure she is not around a group of girlfriends or perhaps coworkers or other bystanders who might also ridicule us if they were to overhear us approaching her and talking about feet.

i did this to a girl the other day who was standing on the sidewalk holding a sign for a business. i waited til the coast was clear and i approached her. the thing i did not anticipate was the cop car that pulled up in the adjacent parking lot.
anyway, i held my composure. step 6: i suggest you do the same, cuz here's why: you never know what potential interference you might run into after the female has been approached. imagine if she started freaking out for no reason and calling out for help!
step 7: you will certainly need a plan B for your escape plan if something like that comes into play. step 8: be confident, but be careful.
