You can try anything from www.toejac.com The prices are pretty reasonable and he has some very pretty models. If you don't mind heavy southern accents, of course. The custom prices are fairly reasonable too.

They have done several others and the ones they have posted on Youtube are only a sampling of what can be found on their paysite. Check them out, they may already have exactly what you are looking for. And no, I have NO connection with them at all, just saw their videos on Youtube.

I have tried to get in touch with Candace Michelle (the one who does those videos) and she does not do custom videos. That is too bad, becasue her stuff is crazy incredible.
