Imagine after a hard busy night how wet, sticky and just plain sweaty and smelly those feet would be!!

Here in Europe (Switzerland) there is a bar called the "Barefoot Bar"...all the guest and waitresses are barefoot.

Hmm... Not sure if I'd be into it with all the nasty things found on a public floor. If I wanted some dirty sole shot photos, it would be awesome. Not sure if I'm putting those same feet on my face though.

i will have to agree i dont think i want to have a ladies feet in my face if there are walking barefoot at a pub all day long on that floor. now it be nice to own a strip club and after the nites over and being the owner i wonder how many of your dancers would let you smell her feet

A friend of mine runs the local pub in my home town and as part of the uniform the girls wear skirt and pantyhose but because of the running about they do they ofter wear ballet pumps but slide in and out of them all night.

How about a FLIP FLOP bar? Girls would be comfortable, their feet would get sweaty and smelly but not dirty filthy, and there would still be lots to look at! The HOOTERS for the feet! I would also love the sound effects of all the flopping going on, perfect for almost all the senses! The bar could feature lots of ICE CREAM and LIQUOR drinks, all varieties, get more of the legal teens in there too. A CALIFORNIA/FLORIDA themed bar FOR the COLDER weather cities, BOSTON, NEW YORK, CHICAGO, DETROIT, PHILADELPHIA, etc. THINK THIS IDEA WOULD BE A GOLD MINE!, WHOSE GOT CAPITAL TO PUT UP?

my two things that make this less than a dream.. dirty feet... and the scent of sweat plus dirt plus flooring... not sure what that's like but doesn't draw me at all. just me

Awesome idea- one I much prefer to dirty feet (although there was a recent post that provided a link to an article about how dirty and germy feet in flip-flops can get)
And hate to rain on the party but no one mentioned public health rules (no shoes, no shirt, no service). That goes for the staff as well as the patrons.

Hate to be a downer- but I'm sure every state in the US has Board of Heath regulations that forbid staff from wearing anything but closed toe shoes- and especially would not allow bare feet. Luckliy this does not apply to customers wearing flip flops- so our industry does have this upside.

I love sweaty feet out of shoes and socks; I hate bare feet made dirty by walking around in the mud / dirt / street / public floor, etc. Don't want those germs in my mouth, and I'd rather smell feet than dirt.

Eww no. I used to manage a pub here. them floors are full of dirt, mud, drink spills, bits of food. I actually feel a bit sick!

u totally lost me man. i hate dirty feet. some feet right out of some shoes yea that is the only kind of dirty i can get into. walking around in the streets or in dirt isn't something that gets my motor going.

I like slightly dirty feet but wouldn't want to go near them after walking on a dirty bar floor. What about when they go to the bathroom? Even worse. I like the idea of them wearing flip flops.
