I agree with Hal, and if that's the case then all of them. I can't think of one celebrity who wouldn't want to show off their feet. They have the money to have them done and they would want to show off the expensive high heels.

I think that statisticly it is possible a female celebrity might have a foot fetish but keep in mind 2 things. 1. Fetishes are mainly adopted by men not woman and 2. If she does unless she is gay surely it will be for mens feet?
Showing off their feet doesn't give them a foot fetish it just makes good business sence. You can't always show off boobs and bum so next biggest seller is legs and feet. I think you will find that's more to do with the obvious foot shots.
