Nice find! Have not seen that commercial. I am not a fan of yoga, think its pointless (i do cardio and weights) and even tried yoga once because one friend told me you can't judge yoga until you tried it out, so sure i sweated a lil but its so boring and i definitely did not feel the same as i would after doing cardio and weights. HOWEVER yoga is good for one thing and that of course is the BAREFOOT action it has. so its not completely dumb.
