Goddess = Someone who really takes pleasure in having a man treat her feet and knows how to tease him to get what SHE wants.
Mistress = Two things, if you are talking about a dominatrix then she is more of an act, a fantasy doing the foot thing more often then not for money. She may not even enjoy it. Then there are those that practice Total Power Exchange or has personal real life slaves who will call her 'mistress' most likely.

I personally think Goddess is just a euphemism for mistress. Sometimes calling someone who is into feet a goddess is less powerful than a mistress making it easier for both parties involved.

goddess is a term of admiration/affection, mistress is a term or respect/submission. imo anyway lol
