This contest never ceases to amaze me with the number and quality of pictures that are amassed each week. Those who don't respond to these pictures and matches are really fucked in the head and they must not like feet. Deciding which pictures to use of each girl each week must take a lot out of National mentally. This list goes on forever. So many pictures, you don't know where to start.
Starting with Megan Fox: I will have to agree with Always with the comments she made about Scarlett Johansson. Those comments were uncalled for and by saying what she did, she made Johansson look that much hotter without even noticing how words can offend others.
Okay, Jolie can say or do stupid things that can get on the nerves of Jennifer Aniston. If Megan was trying to become a closer mirror image to Angelina or if Megan said that without wanting to be like Jolie, then she still shouldn't have said that. I guess she wants to whole word to come to terms that she is going to say things that will get on the bad side of people and accept her as she is.
I don't think Scarlett should respond to what Megan said. She should just leave her there looking stupid.
Blondes are seen as dumb. Scarlett is the opposite of that stereotype. Instead of complimenting Scarlett of being an intelligent woman, she bashes everything to pieces.
Megan has gone down a few notches in my book. And now, I feel proud of voting against Megan.

It's always tough for Jessica Simpson to make ends meet in this contest. It does not look like Lohan will lose to Shakria. I'm hoping McPhee can lose to Mendes so that Jessica Simpson can have one less girl to worry about while she's trying to get to the second wild card spot. Charlize Theron's pictures look great, so it'll be hard for people to vote for Jess.
Also, I need Paris to lose. I don't want Paris to win that division. You people let Paris slip through the system in front of your eyes and you didn't even see it. You thought Paris was going to stay at the bottom. If you people don't like her that much, then please keep Simpson alive.

Just wanted to see how Jessica Simpson is doing. She's still in there. I thought Theron would have a bigger lead because her pictures were very hot! There was more footplay with her than Simpson showed. Now that we're this close to the playoffs, it has become more addictive, this game has, than it has been during the beginning. Simpson is fighting for a spot that several other got girls are vying for and it has to be a bit scary if you're a McPhee, Lohan, or even a Hudgens fanatic.
I agree with Cain. The MTV pics of Megan did it for me. The last picture of her can be nominated for picture of the year.

wow, the are are ALOT of good matchups here this week. after voting i was shocked at how many close races there were. i was expecting mcphee to blown away but i was very pleasantly suprised to see her in step with mendes. happy day!

Going back to last week, for a second, is one match that really stuck out at me. It was Jennifer Aniston's loss to Eva Longoria. I can't that TWAT won that match! She (Longoria) is making a serious bid for that second wild card spot. She is one of those girls who can turn it on when the pressure is on. By doing so, she stays one game behind Adriana for the division lead. Come to think of it, Longoria is in position to win the division as well. A lot of scenarios are playing out to determine all of the spots for the AFC. I want there to be a lot of ties at the end of the season so that National can use his tie-breaking procedures. A lot of drama is good for this game.
This contest does the best job in seeing who the voters really care about. When time is running out, and some playoff spots have yet to be determine, it really puts the voters to the test to see where their allegiance hides. Is his favorite girl hot enough to make that extra push to make the playoffs? This game calls the voters out and we can only wait and see as to who the people really like.
But going back to that Aniston thing. As I said many times before, I fear Longoria in the playoffs because Jessica Alba is 0-3 lifetime against her, with one of those loses coming in the playoffs last year. Eva is responding to the pressure of making the playoffs this year, and I fear that Alba will run into her again. I was depending on Aniston to deter Eva's plan. I really like Aniston, but her year is done. Forget it.
I know she still has a chance, but let's get real. After a great start this season, she fell apart. She's done. That match last week was KEY to Aniston. Had she won, she would tie Longoria. What would've been better was that if both had finished the season with the same record, Jenn would've won the tie breaker because she would've beaten her twice this year. She can still tie Longoria and force a tie breaker, but it could go either way because both are 1-1 against each other. But realistically, Jenn is done. I don't see her catching Eva with the number of weeks left. There's no WAY she's beating Alba this week. Something tells me that Eva will beat Brooke this week. So forget it.
It's been a nice year for Jennifer and I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to vote for her as many times as I did this year. This game really makes your dreams come true with dream matches that one can only witness in heaven (that was a classic line Drunk 24-7 used many weeks back). Jennifer is a true sweetheart and a genuine girl next door. I'll miss her in the playoffs and hope to see her again next year.
Notice that I never said anything bad about Lima. She, too, I like a heck of a lot. I wanted to see both her and Aniston make the playoffs. It's especially good to see Lima do this well since I make my living in the fashion industry. But Alba is number 1 for me.

As I stated in the beginning to kick this week off, Kate Beckinsale wins her division with a win this week. If she does, Scarlett Johansson will automatically go into the playoffs as the first wild card. If Kate loses, of course, then Scarlett will still have a chance to win her division over Kate. The best Scarlett can do is force a tie-breaker with Kate to see who really takes the crown.

I get excited on the thought of someone daring Megan to do something when she has her back up against the grain. i enjoyed looking at (almost) every picture. The ones of Jennifer Love Hewitt showed just how terrible her feet are! Brittany Snow, I feel, has been a bit underrated in this contest. Snow's pictures shows how nice she looks and how nice her feet are.
This has been an excellent showing of the pictures. I agree with another person who said that figuring out which pictures to post was pretty exhausting for National.

Just checking in on Jessica Simpson. Paris is losing and it does not appear that it would matter to her because Simpson is also losing. If Simpson pulls off the victory this week, she will be one win behind Hilton with two weeks to go. Who's to say that Simpson can't catch Paris if that were the case? It seems like that whenever Paris Hilton loses, so does Jessica Simpson. So much for people saying they don't like Paris. For Paris, as long as Simpson is no closer to her then she's fine. Last week was all about me. What made things better was that I won, further putting ridiculous ideas in the mind of the drunk guy that the game was in the mist of something shady. Like, what a joke! How much more impaired is this guy's mind going to get? I though rooting for Shakira was stupid enough. He's just mad that (and can't accept the fact that) Shakira was a roach that I had some guy squash in the middle of the street because it was in my way 'n stuff. I told some guy, "Like, eww! Did anyone come to notice that Katharine McPhee's pictures and the second set of Megan Fox's pictures were from the same event? The 2008 MTV Movie Awards. Megan Fox looks better. And she didn't show her toes. Megan even has some guy on his knees begging for Megan's mercy. To me, a definition of a goddess is someone who posses the looks that are above and beyond the realms of all science. Someone who strikes fear or intimidation to anyone who lays an eye on her. As much as it sucks to see Paris ahead of Jessica Simpson with so little time left, Paris has a point. Now, I have to worry about Simpson trying to sneak in there as the second wild card. But that is looking less possible because Lohan is winning. She does not look like she's slowing down. McPhee NEEDS this win to stay alive for that wild card spot as well.
We'll see what happens. It has been a great season, otherwise. The pictures have made this game so much more spectacular to be a part of.

Some increadable matchups yet again this week, climaxing (in more ways than one) with a heavenly showdown between two angels that are the source of more lust here on earth than a week in hedonism. I'm talking about Adriana Lima vs. Megan Fox! What a freakin' war! In comparing the two women there's really not to much to seperate them, but god damn comparing them is awesome. In the end I went with Megan Fox in what was not only one of the greatest matchups to contemplate before voting, it's proving to be an intesely contested battle going right down to the wire when the vote closes later on this evening. Win lose or draw, Lima has earned major respect and credability for pushing Megan this hard, and if Megan is able to hold her off and remain undefeeted in such a high profile showdown with one of the hottest women in the competition both in terms of the streak she's been on as well as good looks, it's going to make yet another statement that Megan is ready for playoff time and championship calibre battle.
In another high profile matchup Electra is in there against Hilton. It really shouldn't be high profile but somehow Paris Hilton still leads her division. Obviously I voted for Electra, and she's obviously going to win, but right now the vote is only 41 to 24 in favor of Carmen which is not a very accurate representation of how big a mismatch this one truely is. I figured this match would shatter the record for the beating Megan Fox put on Shakira but obviously there are 24 people who are freakin' crazy that voted in this contest. In my opinion this is easily the biggest mismatch of the entire season as Carmen Electra makes Paris Hilton look like Andy Dick on route to an easy victory.
That whole division Paris is leading is yeilding some mind boggling results. I couldn't vote for Jessica Simpson this week dispite how much the win would mean to her because frankly, her feet aren't nearly as hot as Charlize Theron's. If I were to rank the women in that division in order of my personal preference it would be the exact opposite of where they sit in the standings. I think Hilary Duff has the sexiest feet in the division, followed by Tara Reid, followed by Jessica Simpson with Paris Hilton as a distant last amoung the four girls in that division.
I went with Panettiere in a toss up, that was the last match I voted on as after initially comparing the pics I couldn't decide on that match along the Menounos-Christina match and Fox and Lima, then after I went with Christina and Fox, by comparing those matchups alot closer I just voted for Hayden without going back as I didn't want to inturupt the visions in my head from that Lima/Fox contest. Based on the results so far it looks like Cuthbert is going to take it though.
Biel's got it easy this week after a rough matchup last week with Carmen she'll take out her frustrations on Cindy Crawford.
I had Hewitt over Snow in a battle of two women I consider in a lower tier in the contest, the same tier Paris Hilton belongs in. Looks like Snow is going to get the nod based on the results up to this point.
Reid and Hudgens is a war, I think I went with Hudgens, but I'm not sure, I remember having to back to it but I can't remember who I voted for for sure.
I went with Duff over Gellar in another very evenly matched battle. Gellar's up by 5 with under two hours to go.
Then I had Scarlett over Kate Beckinsale in what would easily be the match of the century in any other foot fetish contest, however here at the National Femme Fashionistas it's not even the biggest matchup of the week as Lima and Fox took that honor. Still though, what a great fantasy and evenly contested showdown this one is. In the end I had to go with Scarlett as Kate may be starting to take things for granted as even though I voted for her last week I wasn't overly impressed with her picture compared to her usual standards. This week she looks great once again, but she's in there against Johansson who looks even better in my opinion.
McPhee and Mendes is another good battle. Eva is sexy as hell and her feet are great so I figured this would be a close one but the decision was fairly clear to me. McPhee's feet are way sexier and even though it looks like she's going to lose the match, I didn't even have to think twice about voting for her as I think her tootsies are flawless and easily superior to Eva's. I would go as far as to award her picture of the week for this little number:
There's a consipiracy against Shakira as she's going to lose again to Lindsay Lohan which is fucked cause she's about 250 thousand times hotter but Lindsay does have some nice pics and I can see how alot of people would like them, I can't see how they could vote for them over Shakira though. That's just retarded.
I've got Alba taking out Aniston with ease and although the results don't reflect it being all that easy it looks like it should hold true.
Then Menounos and Aguilera locked up in the match I found toughest to decide on this week. The reason it was so tough for me is because when I compared their pics I thought Menounos's feet looked better than Christina's head to head, however I couldn't pull the trigger on voting for her because last weeks picture of Aguilera is engrained into my imagination, I took another look at it, and compared it to Menounos pic from this week, and then my vote was changed and Christina had stolen this weeks votes with the lingering affect of that powerful picture she had posted last week.
I had Longoria over Brooke Burke, Kardashian over Ashlee Simpson and Bilson over Mandy Moore in the other three contests. The masses tend to agree with my view of the Longoria and Kardashian tussles but it looks as though Moore is going to get the better of Bilson when all is said and done.
What a week! Playoff fever is upon us folks. As some girls try to make a final playoff push and others desperately try and hang on, other girls look to make statements to their potential opponents as the second season closes in. Let's begin with Scarlett Johansson. She has added another taste to what the playoffs are going to be about. She has now set the world on notice, with her win over Beckinsale this week, that she can be a seductive poison on the thorn of any girl she faces in the postseason. After a dissapointment against Christina Aguilera in Week 14, she has trully redeemed herself as someone who should be classified as top-tier caliber in this contest and remind everyone that she is the defending National Class Champion. Of course this just wasn't any win that was going to get added to her record. What made this win quite attention-grabbing was the fact that the it handed Kate Beckinsale her first suffer of the year. To have that win over her greatest divisional rival THIS late in the season, as we're so close to begin the playoffs, make a significant statement to the rest of the NFC that she is a lady of prominent stature as well.

With two weeks left in the season, Lima has got to be disgusted with herself for losing to Megan Fox AND having Longoria right by her side. With two weeks left there is NO room for error for either one. That division has been the most competitive all season long and it's only fitting that things are this close between them as the season approaches its end.
Longoria is making a push to reestablish herself as a reminder to why she was one of the best last year. Eva Longoria is set to give Adriana a lesson that if she wants this real bad, she will have to go through a girl who has done this more successfully than she has last year.

Lindsay Lohan has broken herself out of a three-way tie that also involved McPhee and Jessica Simpson. Of those three, Lohan was the only one to score a victory. If Lohan can hold on to this lead, the she will get the final spot for the NFC playoffs as the second wild-card. Jessica Simpson and Katharine did not do as well as they did last year and now both are looking at a dire reality that perhaps they won't make the playoffs this year. What a difference a year can make.

Another thing that I failed to tell people at the beginning of the week was that Maria Menounos was in line of winning her division this week with a win AND a Christina Aguilera loss. Maris killed two birds with one stone by defeating Aguilera herself and not having to depend on another girl to do it for her.
Even if Aguilera wins her next two matches and ,at the same time, have Menounos lose her next two, Aguilera still has no shot at winning her division because the first rule to break the tie is their head-to-head records. In the two matches they had, Maria has won both of them. If there were three weeks left in the season, Aguilera would still have a shot. But since there are two weeks left, there is NO WAY Christina can get herself around this. She has been mathematically eliminated to make it the playoffs at all. Winning that division was her only shot.
Aguilera has been a fixture here at the Fashionistas. She has made a dramatic comeback after getting off to a slow start last year. She got off to a great start this year, only to see her fall victim to someone who has started the year slowly herself. I think that division will be cursed as a place where NO lead is safe.
I'd like to thank her for coming out this year and particiapte in this contest to give people something to rave about. She ended her year on a sour note and will have to sit at home earlier than what she would've liked. She's always fashionably loud and has always been a unique source of entertainment.
But now, it's time to make room for an uprising sensation. I gave Maria Menounos an open invitation to take part in this contest and she has cashed in on that opportunity and is paying me back by showing everyone that I can make good decisions as to which new girl is capable enough to hang in there with the rest of them. She is the relative unknown in this contest to most people. But I knew who she was before the season started and saw immense potential in her. She is now going to the playoffs where she will be asked to look even BETTER than she did in the regular season. I am VERY proud of this girl and very excited to see her take part in an even bigger spotlight in the playoffs.

That was well said. The Drunk guy also gave her a lot of praise and complimentary words. I also give this girl a LOT of credit for making it this far in the game. I, too, feel it's a shame that in no other place Lima is not recognized for her out-of-this-world body and feet. This game has made the perfect move by not ignoring Lima for the potential she was expected to bring into this contest. Don't be surprised if she gets past the first round in the playoffs.
But being that this is the only place where Lima is admired, I feel that this is all the love she deserves to get and this game will be her place to live exclusively, as well as many others in here like Kate Beckinsale, Johansson, Kim, Megan Fox, and of course Carmen Electra.
Lima is part of this family, as well. I feel it's about time that people stop sleeping on her and wake up.
