I don't know the age requirement but the party I was going to attend let you worship the ladies feet in private if you wish. You had to pay extra for that private session, though. Not sure but I think it was like $50 extra.

you probably have to be 18. I guess the price will vary with different foot parties but I've heard from all of them that their are absolutely no footjobs but who knows that goes on behind closed doors....
