the best way to do it free and online is this:

find girls on youtube (who's feet you like) and make nice compliments to them that prove to them that you're a nice and/or adorable person.

Ozboy are you making it THAT obvious that you want in the girls pants(shoes)?? Women can smell that a mile away! Just try to be their friend by buying them a drink you'll give off that feeling of friendliness and she won't just think you trying to nail her and leave. Even if she doesn't go home with you at least get her number and keep in contact and let it grow. I see my friends try to hard ALL the time and they go home solo...
