When a manly girl gets on here and posts her "size twelve" feet? Does that make any of you wonder? Like. I'm a size 11 in mens, and, converted, that's, I think, about a size twelve in womens.
I just wonder if any of you worry, as well, that we're targeted by transvestites because we're not looking at their crotches?
Just a curious worry.

Lately a whole lot of galleries on Flickr have been popping up showing male feet with foot jewellery, polished toes & pedicured feet. Itīs pretty gross...and sometimes quite difficult to hold apart from female feet at first glance.

A lot of that goes on but it's not limited to transvestites. There are also guys who get a laugh out of it, and particularly when they go back to read the glowing comments. This is why I don't pay any attention to photos with no face in them ... photos with feet only, saying "here's asian feet i met", etc.
If the poster is a board regular who posts regularly of course, it's quite a different story.
It's not to say they are all like that, by any stretch, but knowing there will always be some in there keeps me steering clear (and ignoring). I'm not sure size is at the heart of this matter, but your point is well-received and well-taken.

That's happened more than once, it happens in various forums. In the end, the guy and all his (non foot-loving) college buddies are gathered around the computer, hooping it up.
There's a variant on this where they find photos of a specifically hideous female. She IS a female, but it's the ugliest one they could possibly find - often morbidly obsese as well, and almost always with manly characteristics (and hideously ugly feet). Guess what? Those posts STILL get glowing comments and the guys who posted get just as much a (sick) kick out of it as the fake female posts.

i've been duped before on another site.. i didn't have glowing compliments though.. but was intrigued. the guy had the decency to tell me i was off mark.. as well as someone else on the site.
he was a small sized ped guy with impecable(sp) pedicured feet with exceptional heeling ability.
yeah.. i was fooled.
i'm not homophobic either.. but it doesn't bother me so much because i don't use pics to get aroused. if i did.. might feel differently.

This is interesting because the first time I saw that post, I was thinking the same thing - and you point out to carefully examine the dialogue (Exactly!). One of the things (other than fantom feet with no body or face) that raises a red flag with me, is when the poster specifically solicits obscene comments (e.g, "what will you do to my feet", "what would you do to my wifes feet", etc.). Another, is when those type of posts come from somebody with fewer than fifty posts - and with little or no prior forum participation of any kind.

I thought the same thing! I didn't want to flame the thread though so I stayed quiet. "her" feet do look manly. No polish, no feminine foot wear of any sort. And her dialogue is not of the other females that just start posting on here. Something aint right. "She's" only posted in the pics section too. Those feet look like guy feet.

I'd say No. Even if the dialogue wasn't a bit fishy to me, the person doesn't show past their ankle basically. If it were indeed a woman we would see more, seeing the beautful curvaciousness exclusively found in woman and be able to breathe easier when opening threads like that. This thread shows feet and feet only and it's the only thread they've ever interacted in, there are too many red flags here. If indeed the poster is a male, I'd say fess up and let us move forward.

You see a lot of those "fantom" feet posts where it says "heres cheerleader feet" or "asian feet i found", etc., etc. - but the photos are of (sometimes questionable) feet alone, without any body or face and you are left to wonder: What is it about this that makes them "hot latina" feet? Absolutely! And people will lavish praise upon anonymous and inconclusive "feet" irregardless of the quality of associated content therein (or lack thereof) - and with neither thought nor consideration toward who (or what) may be connected to those feet.
Although I don't post in forums other than Wu's, I've seen joke and fraud posts of anonymous feet in other forums, where the owner was subsequently revealed (sometimes revealed to be a man), and the participants in the thread make it a flame war ... but then go on happily repeating elsewhere; again, without regard toward who (or what) the owner of the feet may be.

I have made exceptions; a notable one would be "Brooke" who has posted here from time to time. There was a controversy for some time over her gender. Looking at her legs, I felt that she was female; later pictures that included her torso, pretty much sealed the deal.

just wanted to put my two cents in. i PERSONALLY don't post my face pic for three reasons. one my husband has asked me not too. two i have small children and when they surf the net when they are older i don't want pics popping up. there are a lot of strange people on the net and i have had an incident where a private picture was posted on a site. there are a few and i stress FEW who have seen my face. i appreciate them keeping my identity a secret love ya guys~ i also think its shitty that men and TV try to dupe men. it puts the real people in a bad light. just as there are a lot of bad apples in the footguy barrell there are a few in the faceless foot photos as well. there are however numberous good footguys and faceless foot models that are the real deal, myself included. i look back as some of the other threads about the ff guys give yall bad publicity this is the same thing. don't judge everyone based on the actions of a few.

why is it embarassing to model your feet? if you modeled bathing suits or posed in playboy would you keep that a secret from your kids?

In my opinion, it's simple. I don't look at pictures without a face. Why? Because, to me, the face holds the personality. Feet are great. But they got to have the smile or the look to support them. Feet without identity, who needs that? Not me.
On the other hand, I do understand men wanting to post their wife's feet without showing their face. That's cool. Because their goal is to see what the other foot guys think and to chat about 'em. So, as far as you guys go, keep posting. Always a pleasure to boost a man's confidence by complimenting his wife's feet.

These are excellent points. I don't generally pay much attention to "faceless feet" for many reasons, not the least of which is precisely that I prefer to see them as a characteristic of the GIRL - rather than a sort of inanimate object or disconnected body part.
The fact is, there are thousands of very fit and beautiful girls willing to show there feet with full body and face - so why waste time sifting through fantom photos of feet alone? Why accept a fraction of the experience, when you can simply and easily find the entire experience offered by thousands?
Philosophically, many people prefer Celebrating the girl along WITH (and because of) her feet - rather than objectifying the feet without regard to who they are connected to.
On a more simple basis (and the original intent of this thread), many people are patently against viewing such photos for the fact they are unable to know who (or what) the owner of those feet may be.
You mention "feet without identity" and that is VERY well put. As much as I love feet, I love women even more; and am unable (and unwilling) to separate the two, either way. Just as I rarely pick up a Playboy magazine (they always cut out the feet), I have no personal interest in photographs of feet without the girl.

I have wondered about the faceless ones on the large side, but ones with feminine faces and large feet (8-10 is my threshold but their are exceptions that are size 11) I don't.
Photoshop can morph men to women and vice versa, but I don't see this as a problem of epidemic proportions (yet). I think it will increase as foot fetish continues to firmly embed it self into the mainstream.
