If you’re in a shop, supermarket, or any other public place, and see a female strangers feet (in sandals for example), from a distance away..... do you sneakily walk up towards her, just to get a closer look at her feet, and take a look at them, just to see if they are nice?
If you do, how often do you do it, and have you ever 'conversated' with that female stranger?

Absolutely, but I try to not make it to obvious. If there are two paths to get to a door at my school If I see nice feet walking I would take the path where they are coming from. Odds are I'll never make conversation because it's more of like a one second oh that was cool sort of thing.

I do it as long as i am stealth about it. I respect the fact that i do not want to creep a woman out and be like all those other foot guys that get caught and give us a bad name. But i try to see as many feet as possible when i am out with my fellow foot friend.

I wouldn't say I've followed a girl around just to look at her feet more. If some girl with nice feet happens to cross my path in a grocery store or at a mall, I'll appreciate the view as long as I can. If my path happens to coincide with hers, I'll continue to enjoy the view but I don't go out of my way to follow her.

i had this happen to me in best buy one time. the guy was totally not creepy his approach was great and it was SOOOOOOOOo hot! i like my feet so maybe that is why he was more comfortable maybe i was sending out my LOOK AT MY FEET vibe!

ok it went like this.....
i was looking at dvds and this guy walked into the same aisle as me. we were alone and he was young and hot...so i totally did a subtle oh yea. well out of the corner of my eye i kinda noticed he looked down im like oh no hes not. anyway i blew it off and went around the corner to the next aisle. a few minutes go by and he comes around the corner. so now im like ok...well he bends down next to me and i said oh my am i in your way and did this cute lil pose with my feet he said no im just looking for ....oh that red color looks great on you. being the evil devious bitch that i am i slipped my shoe out of my sandle held it out over them and wiggled my toes and him and said.... do you really think so? lol he was totally caught off guard by that i think and when he recovered he gave me this BIG grin said yes i do and i think you do too and he proceeded to give my toes a lil kiss. now that caught me off guard but i wasnt creeped out because after all i WAS sending out the vibe. he was apologetic and all but still not creepy in anyway.
this was hot to me i think because i have not had too many public encounters. hubby thought it was funny because i was flustered LOL evil man!

Saw a beautiful pair of feet on the dash of a car while driving and followed them a few miles past my destination a couple of times last year. When I worked part time at 7-11, there were several times a day I'd see a girl coming in to the store wearing flip flops. Thats usually when I felt the floor needed a good sweep. That was the only reason why I worked at 7-11 for as long as I did.

It was at a young age when I found that if a lady knew you followed her around because she had nice feet, then that would freak her out.
I was at a bookstore when this happened. I could've 11-13 years old at the time. Some lady had very attractive feet to the point where I thought I HAD to say something (I guess that's when you know that a girl REALLY has GREAT feet). She said, "Okaaay" while giving me a weird look at the same time. She left the bookstore within minutes after that.
Since then I have followed women who I thought had nice feet a few times, but not as much as I would like.

Oh yeah! Everytime I see Toes that are pretty or might be pretty, I'll walk closer to her to get a closer look. I will and have followed pretty Toes to burn the image into my brain and psyche. LOL.
I also have complimented Women on their Toe nails/pedicures in the past. Some have a pleasant reaction and thank me with a smile, others have given me the quick and curt "OK-this-guy-is kind-of-weird" Thank you.

I'm fascinated in wondering if girls realize people are starting at their feet in malls, parks, grocery stores, etc. ... so I always ask footgirls in my life, and new ones that I meet.
Some of them are oblivious to it, saying "no I never realized it". Others, after having become footgirls (or hanging out with reprobates like myself for too long) say "I didn't really think about it before, but now I notice it all the time".
There are others (Amber, Nizaara, Audra, Nikki - all from my old website) who say "Are you kidding? They have no idea how obvious they are".
A few years ago I was at a mall with footgirl Joy. She was standing near an accessories kiosk when I returned to her (we had split up for 30 minutes so I could check electronics while she went to cosmetics).
As I approached, she nodded gently to a guy who was standing about fifteen feet away and whispers "feet lover". I asked how she knew and she told me "He's been pretending to check the time on his watch, and checking his cell phone about twenty times each in the last five minutes. Holds them down so he has to look down toward my feet to see them".
Joy asked if she should say hello to him and I encouraged her to do so. The guy was VERY nervous when Joy approached him. VERY nervous. He hem-hawed around for a few minutes then finally eeked out "You have beautiful feet and long toes".
Joy quickly replied "You wanna suck em?" !!! She had a huge smile on her face, and the guy turned tail and FLED. As Nigel (from Spinal Tap) would say, he "ran screaming".
Joy had shocked and surprised herself, with her extemporaneous reply. She said / asked "What in the WORLD was I thinking? Why did I say that???"
Ok, this story's gotten too long. I made a post about that incident a few years ago, maybe I'll dig it up and repost sometime.
