Today at college stood waiting to get some dinner with a friend there was this lass small lass in front of us, only about 5 foot 4ish, dark hair very pretty, and my mate who i was with said shes got tatoos on her feet, so i looked down and she had them shoes on that show alot of the top foot, not sure what there called, and a tattoo on each foot! really small feet, couldnt stop looking down at them and got a nice look at her arch at one point! bad thing is i cant stop thinking about her now!

Just because a girl has a tattoo on her foot doesn't mean she's open minded enough to talk about feet with a stranger. I'd just go with cute tattoo...what is that? And maybe ask why she put it there instead of on the small of her back like every other girl. Be subtle at first, then go ahead. No worries though dude. You'll be prepared next time. Another thought, what's wrong with just striking up a neutral convo like "wow, school is already kicking my butt and it's the first week. Can't wait to till the weekend" "How is your week going" her:"blah blah" You: "yeah i'm headed to so and so house/party(what ever you do)" then ask her what she's up too and if she's cool enough go as far as to invite her out and get her number. When you see her again be cool and as you're getting to know her ask her about her tattoo.
