So far it's interesting. Half of respondents live on the East coast, and half of us are married. Also surprised at how young the crowd is. I wonder if something happens while aging?

Ok,, first the easy ones...
I live in the SE, married, 37 years old (actually "young" from my perspective)
12 years and out for me...
To answer your question feetluvr...
I fell into the last income category.
I started my own company from my dining room table risking literally every penny to my name.
Damn,, that sounded like a cliche Infomercial line... Sorry.. LOL
That was 4 years ago... I now have 12 employees and have done over 1.5 million in total sales this year...
We are a Distributor of Military, Industrial, and Commercial board level components and hardware.
So after all that boring shit.. I gotta go ahead and give myself a shameless plug real quick.. LOL
If anyone is in Purchasing and buys in this commodity, I would love an opportunity to earn your business!! Email or PM me and let's talk...

On the border between N.E. & Midwest; identify more with the latter. No military background. Single (years behind a bar taught me to learn from other people's mistakes). Income has varied widely, right now in the upper 20's; got lucky, inherited a house on a lake. Bachelor's degree, Psych - don't use it though, prefer working with the well-adjusted. Though cliche, it's true that age is just a number; either that, or I've been a dirty old man since puberty. Can't figure out how I've gotten to my current age of 51; expected to have been shot by an angry father or jealous husband by now. Being a working musician keeps me much younger than my calender years.

As for success: I'm doing OK. Get to stop to smell the roses, set my own hours, read the books I picked to read (a carry-over from college), and spend summers on the water. Suppose that I could be more successful, in financial terms, but that sounds like a lot of work.
