Years and years ago, picture quality never bothered me one bit as long as I could see the picture without any pixelation occuring. Nowadays I am a bit more picky, as when finding pics on Webshots, I can never truly enjoy them unless theyre of the highest res, and with sites such as CaliforniaFeet's picture quality being among the highest I've seen, I have found room to be pickier. Then again, really hot feet on a not-so high quality picture can get me every time, but what does everyone else think?

i remember in my early days of surfing the net the quality in general was shit compared to now. i´m picky too, i prefer UHQ but! i will always enjoy a good pic, even if its in Low Q

Picture quality doesn't bother me all too much. I've noticed that when the pic quality isn't there, the person posting the picture(s) will apologize in advance and cite the reason why (i.e. taken on a cell phone, bad quality scan, etc.).

I think what bothers me more is clinking on a link to a picture, expecting it to come up a normal or large size, only to have it come up very small with no way to make it bigger.

Well if it blurs the image I'm not interested as you can't really see the feet.

Some of my favorite old school pics have come from low quality images or screen grabs of greats/troopers like "Foot Patrol", or "EveryDayFeet.com", and even a campus foot photographer who went by the name "Feet N Soul". Their work from the earlier days remains epic IMO even today.

Quality has gotten better over time and with it has also come some phenomenal foot themes and high-grade newer material, but I still find myself able to wank it in lo-def (w/o my buttered popcorn and stadium seating, LOL)

Usually for me, it's the content that takes precedence over the photography but I would prefer both in today's day and age.

It's called technological advancement. If you bought a car back in the early 1900s, you wouldn't give a rat's ass about the shit we're spoiled with now. Web and photography is the same way. Also remember, back then we had to scan all of our photos into the computer. YUCK!

As long as the shot is good and some good quality it will be enjoyable. I hate when you have a high res pic and the flash or sun messes everything up. Its like "Oh man that was soooo close".
