There should be one day set aside where women should be able to come to work and just be barefoot all day and it would be rain or shine. But of course in my opinion there would have to be an age limit like no women over 50. Maybe in August sometime since there are no holidays in August and we could use a good pick up since summer would be winding down. Maybe like August 15th.

Hell, I went to work barefoot last semester (was an on-campus thing, so it was pretty lax as far as dress goes).
