Fucked up how they had no problem taking her payment but the problem is only when she wanted to receive her goods. Its crazy how some people have such a problem with feet. These workers only needed to give her the bag and it would not have required them to touch her feet.

If you look at the first picture, she's got some pretty nice feet!
When I went to highschool, there was a girl with arms like that. I couldn't imagine living a life like that. It's pretty bad when she's denied service when all she's doing is recieving her food. All she has to do is grab a bag, not hand them a card, get the card back, punch in some numbers...

This employee has no bussiness working in a customer service oriented field. The manager didn't do much better. If I were the owner of this particular franchise this lady would have gotten an apology and a month of free meals for herself and her children. There is NO WAY I would want this case to go before a jury. This woman will win a huge sympathy vote from any jury and McDonalds will simply look like a big evil corporation.
A couple hundred dollars worth of empty calories and a sincere apology vs. hundreds of thousands in legal fees and settlements. You decide.

I don't even know how to comment on this one.
I think it is sad the way people treat others. Nobody deserves to hear someone talk about them that way. Her kids didn't need to experience that either. Those people should lose their jobs and be put up in the middle of their town to be humilated. Sometimes I think if we went back to public scrutiny for things like this, people would learn to be a bit nicer to one another.

I think that $10 gift certificate was a slap in the face that added fuel to the fire. McDonalds missed a big opportunity to keep this out the media and avoid a multimillion dollar lawsuit. This is one case I wish I could get jury duty for. Maybe she will win such a big settlement she will have a controling interest in McDonalds to change their 'No Shirt, No shoes, No Service' policy. She could change it so all female customers have the option to use their feet to pay for and receive their food. Hey let a guy dream a little.

man i wish i worked at those mcdonald's! not only would i have given her the food, but I would've swiped the card through my lips and I would've flirted with her by handing her the bags of food with my teeth while winking and doing the raised eyebrows up and down thingy
plus I would not release the bag from my teeth until I knew she had a good grip. of course, in order to be assured of her gripping strenght before I release the bag, I'd be mumbling through my teeth that she needed to test grip my nose with her toes 1st.
it is a shame what those mcdonald's workers missed out on! This woman is a gem in disguise! WOW
