Pick up lines aren't needed really. In my experience, all you have to do is be up front and honest about your fetish, and most women will show you thier feet and ask your opinion as to whether you think they are attractive or sexy.

You don't need pick up lines. Try to get a girlfriend. Then the feet will come naturally.

If a woman isn't so disgusted by her feet, she may shuck her shoes to prove one of these topics:
~ toenail polish colors or pedicures ~ second toe longer than big toe ~ high arches -vs- flat feet
