omg.. i know this feeling. my ex wife had ugly.. and i mean UGLY.. feet. it wasnt a matter of pedicures and loofa.. it was a matter or reconstructive surgery. she knew i had a foot fetish, but never really questioned why i hardly even touched them. that was a loooong 5 years.
not much you can really do.. i mean if you care for the girl enough, it really shouldnt effect your relationship that much... hopefully.

Personally, I'd say to give this girl a serious try though...I mean hellfire, who among us is perfect in every way? I sure know I'm not...and yet I can land a date from time to time...so it stands to reason that at least some women can look beyond physical drawbacks in us guys. Can't we as men reciprocate that effort sometimes?
And who knows? It might just wind up being a broadening of your own horizons when all is said and done. For instance, 20 years ago the idea of a girl who willingly gets her feet dirty by going barefoot in public, or a girl with longer second toes would've been an instant turn-off for me, but somehow, someway, I'm now in a position where I'm especially attracted to these types of women...especially if they meet both of the mentioned criteria! I don't know what brought on the change, but it happened...
In other words, as we grow our attractions can sometimes grow and change along with us. You might think your girl's feet are ugly now, but if you got to know her and totally love her for all she is and what she has to offer, years from now you might think her feet are the most beautiful. Hard to say really, but you never know unless you give it a shot.

You don't have to actively TELL her you like feet. Just ask to suck on her toes etc and she'll get the idea, probably asking you if you like feet. Then you can say something 'only if their toes are as cute as yours.' That's how it usually happens with me.

Assuming she's got a lot of other things about her that you really like, at first glance it is a tough situation, but one that can change over time as several have mentioned.
I fell in love with my wife without too much consideration at all toward her feet. I wasn't overly impressed by them, largely because she had bunions on the sides of both big toes. But I knew she was the one for me so I married her. Unfortunately I continued, as I had since my early teens, gazing at, fantasizing about and whacking off to other girls feet that I saw. (From afar, nothing personal)
Eventually, for health and pratical reasons- not aesthetic ones, she had the bunion on one foot removed. Over the years at times I'd drop hints about my love of feet and even try to get her involved by giving her anklets or sandals, but she never really "got-it."
After twenty some years of marriage I finally felt compelled to tell her. She responded immediately, slowly but surely, and has continued to do more and more foot stuff with and for me as time goes on. And guess what- I don't even notice the bunion on her one foot anymore. Because she pampers her feet, shows them off for me, lets me play with them and enjoy them sexually and I know they're all mine I love them to death. Would I say they're truly physically the most beautiful feet I've ever seen. Far from it, but they're beautifulo and sexy to me. Being able to enjoy them definitely changes your attitude. I guess it's kinda like finding that "inner beauty" in someone, only this is external beauty.
So, if you're going to stay with her, encourage her to care for her feet, show them off (at least for you), let you play with them, and I think you'll find your attitude changing toward them.

I too love my woman's feet. they're not what I call classically beautiful in my eyes. but nothing wrong with her feet either. and they're all mines and they're super sexy to me because of that and who they're attached to. she now pampers them even more.. and they look even hotter. even if she didn't pamper them like she does now... i was content!!!!! still am.. and still plan to be.

My wife's feet in themselves are not that attractive, either, but the rest of her is hot. She's Russian, and they wear heels everywhere, all day, every day. It ruins the feet of many of them, making the toes more rounded and the nails somewhat stubby. She knows I'm into feet and heels, (even points out other girls in hot heels) and I get action pretty much whenever I want, though she doesn't really understand. When she has hot shoes or boots on, she'll let me lie with them in my face, or step on my fingers if I have my hand on the ground. i know in my case.. i had an ex with the worse breath on the planet. everything else was cool. i tried really hard. but my issue.... kissing usually isn't that big a deal.. and i am pretty turned off by that to begin with. then.. throw in room-clearing-bad-breath... yeah.. it was a real issue real fast.

Well i am married now and i love my wife's feet are gorgeous ( well to me anyway) and when i was dating her i saw them on the first day i met her and was actually draw to her by them.
