Have the girl on her stomach with her feet in the air...best done on a bed with her feet hanging over the side...have you standing up at her feet and make her legs go diamond shape and have her slide her soles up and down I find that is by far the best and if that isnt doing it for you or her legs get tired then you can jerk it while she plays with your balls using her toes!
