I could see hardcore bondage and helpless, relentless tickling, making it past network censors quite easily.
The only things that seems offend network censors are intercourse, female nipples, and male or female genitals. Everything else seems to be perfectly acceptable.
Torture? Violence? Rape? No problem! I've always had a hard time understanding that.
Is hardcore bondage + tickling pornography? By definition, if the intention of the depiction is to sexually arouse the audience, then yes. But I think that's a slightly different issue than whether or not it will be censored.

Technically, foot fetish vids of girls just showing off their feet could be shown on prime time TV. But in reality, they are sexual, so they probably wouldn't be. I guess the same thing applies to tickling.

I never looked up the word "porn" in the dictionary before, but I just did as a reference to this thread. The definition I found is: "Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal".
So in the sense of "other material", I guess tickling videos would be considered porn if they're watched and/or created for the intent of sexual arousal.
Kinda gives the word "porn" a more flexible definition than I had initially thought.

Tickling is not playful, flirty or harmless.
It's sexual torture designed to force sexual surrender. Women I've tickled start out laughing, but then it rapidly degrades to damn near pure agony. I agree- hardcore tickling is porn because it's meant for sexual arousal. A brief, non-bondaged tickle is considered by most to be cute, fun and harmless, although of course even that could get anyone with tickling fetish started, whereas a girl tied down and relentlessly tickled is not.
