I know there's a bit of a stigma attached to having your foot fetishes catered for as a paid service but how do you feel about this?
I've visited lots of foot doms in the past whom I've paid to trample me and worship their feet and would happily do it again. Let's face it, relationships like this aren't easy to come by so I say why not!

Not everyone has a wife/girlfriend, and some of those who do have girlfriends or wives strike out and find that their girlfriend/wife doesn't dig having her toes sucked.

Had I not told my wife about my fetish, and had she not jumped on board with indulging me so much, I think eventually I would have considered it. But like you said very few women specialize in non-dom foot fetish stuff. And though I might be able to take some mild domination, I would not enjoy any hardcore stuff. Before you read, please know that I mean no disrespect with the comments I am about to make. My perspective is, if it makes you happy, and you find pleasure in it, nobody has the right to judge.
For me personally? I don't know how much I could enjoy something I paid someone to do, especially something so intimate. If the lady is not doing it because she wants to do it for me, but because she has to? I dunno.
