I hope they don't ban flip-flops from workplaces alltogether (I got to look at something when in the office). I say you can ban them in more dangerous areas, like production factories, chemical factories, shipping dock, etc. Women in the office who wear flip-flops deserve to wear what they choose is comfortable for them.
