how do i suggest a flirty relationship with my workmate?
right, i know this is an odd quetsion, but I know that my work mate thinks im attractive, but she's older than me by aound 5 + years i think. I wonna be able to suggest a kinky fling... with it being serious and her to accept, because i kno she likes what she see's.

OK, firstly:
KNOW your company's policy on sexual harassment. Don't guess, KNOW for certain what you can and cannot do. (and this isn't the 90s. People GET that flirting isn't sexual harassment. Be careful, but don't be a pussy.)
Secondly:
Physical contact, light touching. Don't cop a feel, but if you see her in the hallway or pass her desk, a light touch on the shoulder or brush of the arm is always allowed and see how she responds.
Thirdly:
Flirting is not necessarily sexual, in fact, the less obvious it is, the sexier it is. I like to compliment women on their shoes and a bit on their toes if it is appropriate. But if you keep it vague, it works better.
Fourth:
LIMIT your contact with her. NEVER talk to her unless you are in a good mood and your confidence shows. You want her to remember the BEST of you and absence makes the heart grow fonder.
I'll give you an example.
A girl named MOLLY who I work with obviously has a thing for me. This is because she has never seen me in a bad mood. I avoid her all the time, except maybe once or twice a week. (she works days, I work nights, so that's easy)
One time she passed my chair and pinched the back of my neck playfully. Physical contact had begun. Next time I saw her, I touched her shoulder playfully. This week, it moved to us intertwining our fingers together, me twirling her around into a half embrace and going, "Oohh!!" when i had a minor orgasm. She liked it and gave a little, "Wooh!"
But this is a two-way tango. If she doesn't respond well or reciprocate, then STOP.
Molly likes me, but has a boyfriend in another state. She brought that up when we were out for coffee. But she hinted that she wanted to break up with him.
Patience. Wait patiently, but DO NOT have a lot of contact with her until you are BOTH ready to do something. Otherwise, if you hang out with her as "friends", she will think of you as "just a friend" and you will never get in her pants. Every memory she should have of you should be a sexy one. If that means you only see her once or twice a week for a couple minutes at a time, so be it.
BTW Molly is also 5 years older than me.

wiggler put it best and most concise! that topic came up today and was clearly demonstrated by a co-worker some feel wouldn't go for it. but when approached right, she'll go for it! so feel it out.. and be patient!!!!!
