You can feel it. I am *not* a girl, but I was smelling my exes feet one day, and she said it felt cool, I asked what it felt like so she did it to my feet(they were shower fresh, so no need for any ewwww's =P) and you can definitely feel it

LOL i ask the wife that question,she said it feels like some is watching you,and she also said it depend's if she's in a deep sleep,but ya they can feel it.
