Those of you in the Washington DC area might want to check out the upcoming 4 Your Health and Fitness convention. I go to it every year, and every year there's a lot of female feet on display! There's yoga, pilates,karate, even African and belly dancers. In the past, there
was even foot massages, but I haven't seen that recently! Still, it's well worth going. And it's free!
It will be at the Washington Convention Center on the weekend of January 12 and 13.
