Well its not to the point where I can't focus on something else and get work done or interact with people. I do pretty much have it cross my mind throughout the day every single day of the week.
Here's something interesting, even if I am feeling sick with a headache, nauseous, etc. I can still manage to make myself well enough to ask the missus for a little footjob. That seems to work better than an aspirin!

Same with me. Working at home where I'm around my wife's footwear and stuff doesn't help matters much, but I can usually still function.

As a guy who is probably older than most of the people on this forum, my fetish has not diminished over time at all. If anything, especially since I first went online in the mid-1990s and had access to the burgeoning number of foot-related Web sites, it has likewise grown stronger. Not to where I can't function, but it is always there to some extent. And it doesn't take much to bring it out--to wit, a recent, otherwise uneventful trip to a nearby Home Depot where I spotted two women, each of whom was lazily dipping a foot in and out of a flip flop while waiting to check out of the store. For me, it certainly took the boredom out of shopping that day!

I don't think about it all the time. But when I'm out in public, well, there's always feet to be seen! I started a course today, and I found myself wondering what all the female students feet would look like (they were covered up, as it's quite cold this time of year).

I don't think about it all the time. I can usually do work and interact with other people without thinking about it, but that doesn't mean from time to time I won't check out a pair or two.
I remember I used to think about feet ALOT when I was in high school. I used to fantasize about what all the girls' feet would look like (sandals and flip flops weren't the "in" thing until my Junior year).

I think about feet every day, but not at every waking moment of my life to the point where it completely rules out every other train of though I have. Having such a single-minded focus on anything, not necessarily just feet, is pretty unhealthy, in my opinion. Especially me, when I'm a writer and a sports fan, I'll be thinking of the next idea I'll incorporate into my story, or something related to sports that'll help my favorite team or athlete win.
