I was watching CNN??? the other morning while getting ready for work and they did an interesting story that more Women today are trying to achieve the perfect foot and have now turned to Botox to repair flawed feet and toes.
Although I couldn't find the story I had originally seen, I did come across an interesting article that shows what Women are willing to endure so they can wear the perfect shoe.

For me the perfect foot in terms of appearance has even, pretty toes and high arches.
I rate 'the perfect female foot' based on two key factors, which are appearance and ability. Ability being the girls ability to use her feet and toes to pick up objects and accomplish tasks. A perfect execution of this would be a girl who uses her toes to clean her house and/or put toys away etc. This sort of stuff makes me super horny.
Hence in the case of botex the appearance side might be squared away but the ability aspect would still be lacking.

I agree with footster008. Why would people do that? If you take care of your feet, when you grow old they can be turned into sexy mature feet (that I actually am turned on by). Also girls would say ewww feet are gross and disgusting yet they would go as far as to do this botox to feet.

Did anyone read the article? The botox wasn't to increase the beauty of the foot but to increase comfort while wearing high heels. It's a very practical procedure for impractical foot wear. I for one am a big fan of high heels and these procedures promote their use and minimize the bad effects.
This procedure has nothing to do with appearance. In reality it could hurt the appearance of the foot because a woman who normally couldn't spend more than a couple of hours in heels can now stand a whole day in them. We've all seen the disasterous results of too much high heel hours logged on a decent pair of feet.

I am going to semi-quote GQ on this one: It does help the wearing of the "perfect" shoes but over time ...
This article confuses me a little bit though ... it mentions the Botox injections for comfort and then goes on to also add quickly to the same paragraph that "fat" is used to inject a woman's soles for more padding.
Does this procedure actually require Botox and the fat injections for the creation of padding and comfort in shoes?

i love seeing a woman in high heels.. i go to great lenghts to find comfy high heels for wifee. most times i'm lucky.. i don't think i'd promote the injection, nor would she go for it, but i have friends who'd love to have that!

That statement has perplexed me for ages. Women go through so much making their feet look nice to show off and yet they are gross...I just don't get it.
