I miss the good old days when foot fetish was still underground. Nowadays it seems ALL women know that their feet are stared at... and they dislike it. I cant even camp out at a park or library anymore, because it's like when you glance at a girl's feet THEY CAN FEEL IT.

I wouldn't think so because I'd say at least 90% regularly wear sandals or flip flops
maybe you give off a creepy vibe I don't know
and foot fetish is still underground, reading these forums seems to make some of you guys think it is more common than it really is

From a girl's point of view - I don't think too many women know the power of their feet. Think about it, if they did know, they'd be doing everything possible to make them look attractive.
Women know that a nice ass or a perky set of boobs, or pouty lips, or seductively shadowed eyes can drive a man wild...so why wouldn't they do everything in their power to highlight their feet if they knew it. When I think of all the money being spent on makeup, plastic surgery, designer jeans that lift your tush in all the right places... some chicks will do anything!
On the other hand, a lot of chicks are self-conscience of their feet. And there isn't much you can do if you have funky feet...not exactly like throwing on some concealer and blush. So maybe it's not that they think you're getting your jollies looking at their feet, but instead you're seeing every flaw the chick thinks her feet have.
And as women, we're kinda brought up to think that any part of our body that produces an odor is bad...so most girls think that since their feet don't smell like roses 24/7 they're something to keep hidden.
So maybe it's not that the everyday woman knows about the foot fetish side of things, but rather feels the demands of society to be perfect that is so strong nowadays, and feels the need to hide their feet??

I still think it's better to be alive now with a foot thing, than, say, Victorian England, when you couldn't even see a woman's ankles. Perspective, people, perspective.

Good point. I'll drink to that.
From what I can tell, I don't see women being very protective of their feet. I feel the opposite, like people are being opened up and somewhat accustomed to the idea than there are MANY men (and women too, right Mommie?) who have a foot fetsh.

I agree Bondo ... I think that the more open I am about it, showing my confidence and enthusiasm, the more the women around me feel more comfy with this fetish.
I will have to give Cuddle_Kittens props on her reply though! It is very true these days - we as girls are brought up with the "image" of being pretty and perfect. Many girls feel they are "princesses" too to boot ... so in turn feet tend to be the "enemy". I always hear them say "EWE FEET ARE GROSS" - which in turn gets me to ask out loud - "Why?? Are YOUR feet gross?"
I am making it a point to raise my daughter with a good self image - and in time she will learn that every square inch of her is great and she will learn to feel comfy with herself (including her feet).

Way to throw it back at 'em!

As every woman should feel, despite what society may say...

Sorry you're so frustrated man.
I also disagree that many women know that they're feet are being stared at. As someone else suggested, maybe you're just making it too obvious.
On the other hand, I remember years ago when I'd try this that there were indeed some girls that you'd swear were telepathic. It was downright scary. But if it's happening all the time it's probably you: your body language, location, proximity to them, staring too much or too long, etc.

I've gotten close to 18 hours of candid bare"foot"age over the last 6 months. Almost all of it was recorded in public parks and on college campuses. A lot of the segments weren't even technically candid because, upon reviewing the tape, the woman obviously knew what I was up to. If I can pull this off with a video camera in plain view, then I don't understand why you're having problems just ogling. Even when I'm not taping I SEE barefeet on display almost everyday. Where do you live, Alaska?

I see more women wearing toe rings and walking around in flip flops more than ever. This summer, I've seen so many girls with their feet out the window, I'd have to disagree. I don't think women are more protective of their feet now.

I wouldn't say foot fetish is underground, it's one of the most common fetishs around and besides feet are on the up, 30/40 years ago it's was rare that you ever saw bare feet, now there everywhere! I just hope that flip flops stay kool and people keep on wearing them! In fact I can name 6 famous people off the top of my head, who I know have foot fetishs, these are just the people who have admitted to it, gods knows how many have foot fetish and keep it quite!

I would have to disagree to an extent that most girls don't notice you are looking at their feet unless you star at them so dude stop salivating on them.
