With feet gaining popularity as a sexual body part, could we ever come to a day where feet were censored?? I say NO! Simply put, it would be near impossible on so many levels. Now a few years ago on Wu's here, Dougiezerts brought up this very possibility, and Gimme was quick to defend it.

A reverse effect could happen and every currently censored part could it un banned maybe?!
I do think though for definate, more women against the whole foot thing will wear more covered shoes rather than anything revealing the foot even the slightest.
If that were to happen though, little would they realise that it would just make foot people want them even more!!
Its the desire of something that we cannot obtain so easily which makes us want it more.

That's exactly what I feel may happen in sometime. Feet as a legitimate sexual body part can liberate sexuality. This may sound radical, but I believe it one day may be true. Who's gonna wanna go to the beach and not be able to walk barefoot in the sand? Feet will never be censored.

Thanks for bringing up my thread once again. My concern is this: with the "bad press" that we often here about--pedaphiles going after girls' feet, for example--some moralists and feminists might get the idea that exposed women's feet are causing some men to behave that way. Consequently, they'll decide that because feet are an object of desire for some of us, they should be censored, like breasts are. An extreme idea, admittedly. But I can at least see it happen on the more conservative cable networks such as CBN or Fox News! Also, think of this: What if we had a society where women went barefoot 24/7. Would it have the effect of us getting tired of looking at their feet? Or would we be sexually arroused most of the time? (Have any of you ever had experience at nudist clubs?)

Not saying it's impossible (read below) but would never happen without a overwhelming majority of society revolting against all bodyparts being shown in public- which means they'd have to ban legs, bellies, cleavage.
Now having said that, I've heard recently about how rapidly the Muslim religion is growing everywhere. If by chance they ever become a majority, all the women may be wearing burkas...

girls are showing more and more skin every year and are having sex at younger ages so I can't imagine anything like this maybe for another 1000 years from now if ever

man if feet got censored, I'd be in jail for beating off too much and private indecency charges... lots of'em too
that would be a sucky world for me
thank god this will never happen, unless China really takes over in 20 yrs LOL. then I'm screwed either way and will be prepared to give up my organs as a prisoner to some rich person in need (except my ding dong, of course, which would probably be fried up in gov't effigy, and fed to some soup dogs for other really bad prisoners).
yeah, and if extremist muslim culture somehow catapults or fuses traditional muslim values into powerful functioning future gov'ts that controlled us, i can imagine feet would not be shown either. that is not a possibility to be completely ruled out. unlikely, but not as "absolutely" impossible as I would like to think.
Sometimes I have to take a step back and look at things as though, what if there weren't such things as free nations that were among the most powerful forces in the world. If we consider the fact that free nations could someday be in the smaller power minority (in the grand world order schema), these other suppositions of new realities can sink in as greater possibilities.

when I was in highschool students were not allowed to wear flipflops or opentoed shoes,yet the staff was.they never gave a reson why,but I could onely guess that my princible was a foot freak n didn't want the scenerio of himself stareing @ 17yo feet lol....so it is possible in some places,but as a whole I can not see feet being censored

vineofthorns, flipflops were not allowed in my school either and i asked why and i was told because of the danger of someone stepping on the back and tripping you, as for simple open toes, that was never banned in my school. We could wear sandals and such as long as they had ankle straps. But it could be for similar safety reasons.
