In this lecture hall, one really cute chick almost every class period has her feet up on one of the chairs pretty much during the whole period. It's a friggin tease whether she realizes it or not. It is hard to keep my eyes off them. Even though they distract me, it's not like one of those classes that anyone ever goes to [you know, one where the professor just spends one hour lecturing over verbatim what he posts online]. Wish I had the guts to just simply talk to her, but I don't want to come off as random. Any advice you could give me?

Yeah, I can relate to having a girl who seems like she's teasing you in class with her feet. I've been there a few times in my life when I was in school!
I know it may seem scary, but just walk up and talk to her. It doesn't matter what you say. Just act cool, confident and have some personality and humor. Start off by making some comment about how boring the professor is in a sarcastic way. There's probably a good chance that she finds the class just as boring as you do anyway and you can go off on that as an ice breaker. Just don't come off weird and acting/looking as if you want something from her besides normal conversation. Obviously, you're not going to be sucking on her toes after you have just begun talking to her. She has to get to know you and feel comfortable being around you and you have to get to know her before anything can happen. This means starting up a conversation with her and just being cool and confident with the way you handle yourself. Who cares what she thinks about whether or not you're coming off as "random" with starting a conversation with her. Does what she think really affect you in the long run? Absolutely not! You can't control what she's thinking anyway so there's no need to waste your time and energy on it and letting it hold you back.
Think of you talking to her as your way of inviting her into your reality. Since it's your reality, there's no reason for you to be all meek and humble about it. If that doesn't help, think of it this way.... Nothing is going to happen if you don't approach her at some point and get in a conversation with her!

What is the subject of the class?(history,english,etc.) For an icebreaker just "accidentally" bump into her,not rough or anything, then just apologize and just start up a convo by saying something about the class "man I cant believe that he just assigned that report due on fri"or something to that effect. Thats the most innocent way to start a convo I mean by bumping into her is not gonna raise a red flag to her...just as long as you dont bump into her with no one in the hallway or around and there is lots of room to move around her,that will look kind of obvious(if not creepy).Just as long as you follow up the bumping into her with convo then your fine...because you got maybe 2 seconds right after initial contact with her and then she will either(hopefully not) be pissed that you ran into her or best case scenario accept you apology and then the ball's in your court. But you say it seems like she is teasing you,how so? I mean if its obvious that she is teasing you with her feet then she must KNOW that you have a thing for her feet so it should be clear sailing for you all you have to do is talk to her.Good luck and man, the quicker you talk to her the better because she might just lose interest in the games she is playing with you.

I don't think I would be too good at orchestrating a 'icebreaker' event like accidentally bumping into her. For starters, should I sit in the same row as she to increase my odds of breaking the ice without being too random - I currently sit two rows from her (the rows are usually empty nonetheless). I would then have the opportunity to say something like 'so what do you think of the class, or what'd you think about the exam last week' or something along those lines??

True...try sitting in the same row as her...but then again if there is noone in your class like you say then it could look kind of suspicous. Has she caught you looking? If not, sit in the same row, check her out and let her catch you, but dont keep staring while she catches you,just quickly look away or back at your paper, do that a couple of times, then check her out and this time when she catches you make eye contact. Then start talking to her about something random such as the class sucking or exam and you will be able to tell if your "in" or not. Good luck

One teacher of mine is only 23 and she has such SEXY feet - mmm when she sits on the front table indian-style my goodness i just wanna take her flip-flops off (yes thats right she wears flip-flops once in a while!!!) and just suck all of her toes!!

When doing my a levels, a few years ago now, i literally didnt write anything but a title on one of my two part exams because the girl infront was barefoot in some flip flops and she was showing off her soles...i passed the exam with flying colours on the retake though
