On May 4, the University of Cincinnati Police was notified of a public indecency that occurred in Langsam Library. The victim stated that while she was sitting with her shoes off studying, an unknown male masturbated on her shoes. University of Cincinnati police were quickly called and are currently investigating the crime. The victim is receiving support from UC's Sexual Assault Response Coordinator.

I heard about this also (from a friend)....she gave me a link to a local news station that had it on their web site ....but what I want to know , is how did he get her shoe without her seeing him ???? I always search for REAL news stories about this type of stuff , & would like to hear more about this story

Wow, that takes guts and/or stupidity. When I was in college I got myself off (without exposing myself) a few times while sitting opposite of a shoe-shedding girl in the library. I'd never think of doing this, especially these days (and on a college campus) with so many video cameras around. Even if they don't catch you in the act, they stand a good chance of placing you at the scene via the video.
A guy was caught in our local library several years ago masturbating, but it wasn't linked specifically to her feet.

i've had several chances to get a hold of a woman's shoe in public... but never to do anythign with it!!!!! just knowing i could was enough to satisfy my curiosity. and believe me, if you want, it can be done, though harder these days because women are far more aware than ever.

The fact that there are perverts does not give the group they claim to associate with a bad name. Rapists are criminals, yet that does not automatically mean that the "freaks" who like to have sex with women are altogether branded as abnormal.
The act that is despised here is invading somebody's privacy and forcing oneself on them. Foot Fetishist are not impulsive criminals, in fact they are sweet lovers who are in many times sensitive.

who, more often than not, seem to jack off onto sleeping girls or attempt to steal girls shoes. One in this thread even just said he jacked off to a girl in the library. So what is considered the wrong act to most of the people here? getting caught?

There are actually TONS of members who do such acts. It angers me, really. There are several cool people here(myself, mystik, calico, lou etc) but there are an army of guys who have admitted to committing such acts...but then go on an uproar when a news article gets posted.

you know someone said a while ago that this doesnt give us a bad name because we arent ignorant. which i believe is true. this guy didnt have a foot fetish, he was just a weirdo. we arent weirdos or freaks we just enjoy a certain part of a womans body that some people dont. when i see articles like this i dont feel ashamed of what i like. i think this is something that i couldnt see anyone here doing this. or at least i hope so. guys like this or the other guy who was attacking ladies in the subway, who knows whats going through there minds. they make a name for themselves not really for us. we come to this forum and discuss serious terms and make friends with eachother. because of some people in this forum i have become less shy about my fetish. articles like that dont make me worry although i know so many ignorant people will say all of us are like that as long as we know we arent like that i think we are ok. but i do agree with dazzzz about punching him in the head though.

He definitely had the fetish. And read the various threads about sleeping girls feet or stealing shoes and the comments left by members here. *Then* determine whether or not people are like that on here.
