I don't think there's any doubt that she understands you love feet, but as far as actually thinking of you as having a foot fetish, I don't know. It may take some more time.
You've certainly dropped a bomb-load of hints, but I always think it really depends on the girl's perspective, knowledge and experience and time as to whether they really "put together" in their own mind your actions and label you as a foot fetishist. Not that this fine line is even worth debating. Just saying that this is still new to alot of girls- not even on their radar.
