For me, i was walking into Pathmark this past august.. Well i had my sunglasses on (yay) cause it was sunny, and as i approach the front entrance 2 early 20's chicks start walking RIGHT IN FRONT of me..like arms legnth away.
Both of them where wearing flip flops, one girl was pink the other yellow. Anyway the best part was watching flip flop stay on the floor as their soles/heels went up...nice sole shots. It was hot out, so their feet looked moist and HOTT...you know when they look so friggin sexy...omg...

I hear ya, gibarian! I don't know what it is about that place but I'm constantly indulging in hot foot sightings when I'm in my local Pathmark. I've never done so much shopping in my life!

Maybe finding out that the chicks in my flat all have gorgeous feet and aren't shy about wandering round barefoot a lot. Oh and the chick I fancy in the flat sometimes leaves these quite nice wedge heels around that I've sniffed once or twice. I feel a bit bad about doing it though meh.

Gosh, at my age, living in Florida and seeing so dang many pretty feet, it's getting so hard to remember specific ones. But one of my absolute highlights was getting to see the young mom's feet from down the street, up close.
This gals about my height, very cute face, wonderful personality, and intelligent. She tans like a chocolate bar and 99% of the time runs around inside and outside in short shorts and barefeet. Several years ago, when they first moved in, she spent a lot of time sunning in her bathing suit on her back porch. I frequently catch glimpses of her outside barefoot, playing with the kids, doing yard work, or my favorite- washing her car.
I've also had the opportunity to feast on her legs and feet when she's been at our community pool. You can imagine how difficult it is to hold a conversation (especially keeping eye contact) when I'm in the water and she's sitting on the side of the pool with her legs stretched out, wiggling and stretching her feet and toes. You know where my eyes want to go! SHe had no clue I how much I was enjoying the conversation and the sight of her legs and feet.
Anyway, their dog had puppies and one evening while taking a walk past their house, she invited my wife and I to come in and see the puppies, which we did. However my eyes spent very little time on the puppies, instead eyeballing those cute little tan bare feet, up close, as we stood there talking and playing with the puppies. Fortunately my wife did most the talking and kept her occupied while I soaked up the sights. I'll never forget that visit.

One of my most memorable sightings was this Summer at a Seafood/Blues festival. There were foot sightings all day, but this one in particular was my favorite.
My wife & I were sitting and enjoying the phat blues music of the Kelly Bell band when I noticed a woman sitting on a blanket about 5 feet away. She had really smooth soles and nice high arches. The view was perfect, and by my nature I had to get some photos. They're at the very bottom of this page on my site (the woman sitting on the blue and white striped blanket):

In line at the bank. standing behind a pretty little early 20's type, shorts and flip flops doing numerous things with her feet. Cheerleader type with pretty legs. In the Airport waiting for a plane, my girlfriend next to me. I was getting increasingly bored and to top that off the plane was delayed
Along comes a 18-19 y/o cutie, black flip flops, red nail polish and sits opposite me. For nearly 2 hours I got to see the most awesome foot show ever!
Wish I was brave enough to take pics of those beauties - ahh well the spank bank is well loaded with mental images of her

Yeah it's so exciting in a way just soaking up all those images yet knowing NO ONE is wondering anything. YET you got so many mental images omg...
Lol i know one day the women is gonna catch me, and she's gonna say "why are you staring at my feet".. Honestly i'd just say "because they're very pretty"..or something like that.

One of my best was this November. The weather was mild and barefeet were still being shown. Lunch was being served, I sat down. Three women were getting up, I scanned to see their shoes. The only one barefoot and wearing closed mules, was a mature woman. I thought they were leaving, but was surprised they were just getting their orders. This woman proceeded cross ankles. Her shoe fell down so sweet to reveal very high arched feet. I took a deep breath and was treated to a footlovers dream. This woman dangled also to the end of toe. Then she dropped the shoe revealing polished toes, pointing my way directly. One week later at the mall. I sat down and would know this same woman sat down with two other women. She had flat maryjanes. She started to dangle this magnificent arched foot, not three feet away. She had to be from out of town, hopefully I will see her again. She was medium looks but her feet were nine on my scale.
