Hello Adam X -
Sleater-Kinney is from out here and some of us know them well! They are based in Portland but came originally from Olympia, which is just twenty minutes south of Tacoma.
I was surprised to see somebody from outside of the Pacific Northwest mention them.

If you have the first two albums then you've gotta be sure to check out their 3rd album, Paul. It's called California. I think we may actually have discussed it once before on this forum. I personally didn't care for Disco Volante at all and was completely disappointed with it after being exposed to their incredible debut effort, but California won me back in a second. What their 1st album did for circuses, their 3rd album does for vintage 1960s California surf music while still sounding very much like Bungle albeit not nearly as heavy.

I've known about them since 98 but never heard any of their music until this year.
I saw that "Entertain" was listed as a watchable video on demand so I watched and was blown away by it.
Then I saw the video for "Jumpers" and was officially hooked.
Just bought the new album for my B-Day. I loved grunge(AIC is one of my favorite bands) and really like Harvey Danger too.
As for the song:
Flagpole Sitta - Harvey Danger
